Minecraft Dirt Block Texture. Dirt is found at any altitude, and comprises the majority of the upper terrain layers in most overworld biomes, bridging the gap between stone and grass blocks in various thicknesses. Dirt has the same texture on all six sides.
The cactus bottom texture still uses the color scheme of the old cactus side texture. As the coarse dirt block uses the same block id and data value as the original grassless dirt block, even old worlds with the grassless dirt blocks should have them seamlessly change over to coarse dirt. However, it doesn't spread to adjacent blocks like its grass counterpart.
Grass is probably minecraft's most iconic block (suck it, mycelium!) along with cobblestone, it was one of the first two blocks in the game.
Under the grassy topsoil of the minecraft world, but before you get down into the stone below, you'll find a layer of dirt. I know i basically need to use my dirt textures as a base for the side texture plus the edge of the grass i'm going to make. Sheep added, with the behavior described above. Every single minecraft pvp texture pack from its building blocks to gaming mobs was crafted with a lot of care and a spotlight to element.
